- An SME client in Asia Pacific trades on a fixed set of variables in the share trading environment.
- Each day, with the help of a spreadsheet, the client spends time making routine calculations to decide whether to buy, hold or sell during that day.
- The client wished to free up time and increase speed during the day to expand the business.
Our Solution
- A Sue model was developed to improve on the Excel spreadsheet AND recommend the decisions that should be taken.
Metrics Gathered
- Stock market movement data such as changes in exchange rates and stock prices and other information.
Success and Improvements
- Sue was able to match the Excel model without daily manual intervention. After 90 days of monitoring with no mistakes, it is now used in live decision taking. The Client business is expanding.
